Present Continuous

The present continuous is used to say what you are doing at that moment,  longer actions in progress, a near future or repetition. 

 It is formed by [Subject + verb to be + present participle]

Positive Example:
I am watching a film. 

Negative Example:
You are not doing homework now. 

Interrogative Example:
Are you listening to me?


Uses:

1- Now

We are learning English now. 

2- Longer actions
 
I am studying to be a programmer. 

3- Near Future

He is not going to the cinema tonight. 

4- Repetition

She is always talking about you.
